Nahla Othman, who leads the Expatriates and Refugees Department at Syria’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, met with Snorre Sæther, the director general of the Norwegian Directorate of Immigration, to explore ways to improve Norway’s immigration procedures specifically for Syrians.
