Antonio Tajani, Italy’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, emphasized the importance of this meeting and the upcoming discussions between Israel and Lebanon. Tajani reiterated Italy’s firm support for the establishment of a Palestinian state, clarifying that recognition should be conditional upon the establishment of a peaceful and stable framework that ensures coexistence with Israel.
